Bristol Soccer Season - Spring Update (Coronavirus)
Posted Apr 2, 2020

Dear Parents,

As many of you are aware we are still dealing with the effects and fallout from the COVID 19 virus. The US Youth Soccer association has put a hold on all activities until May 1st with CJSA following these guidelines. Our travel district has determined that based on the timelines, the travel league play has been canceled for the spring.

In accordance with the information above, the Bristol Soccer Club, acting in the best interest of our families’ health and safety, has decided to cancel all soccer activities for the Spring season. We will be issuing refunds for all families who paid for the Spring season, and hope to have this process completed by May 1st. For those that ordered and purchased new travel uniforms, we will not be issuing refunds as those uniforms will be used in future seasons.

Thank you for your continued support of the Bristol Soccer Club. Please stay safe, stay home as we work through this ongoing pandemic. Please keep an eye out for future communications regarding the upcoming Fall season.

Should you have any questions, please contact us at bristolsoccerclub@yahoo.com

Thank you,

Bristol Soccer Club

Coaches Corner

Thinking of coaching but not sure you know enough about the game. Bristol Soccer Club will be there to offer the assistance you need. All of our coaches for the Dinomites, Development, and Travel Divisions are parent volunteers. We have partnered with EVO trainers to ensure that all of our children get training and develop the necessary soccer skills to make them successful. We can help you plan organized practice sessions and provide the knowledge necessary to teach the kids the skills they need. Organization is key, in order to keep the practice on track and the kids busy. At the younger age groups, the game should be all about fun so the practice sessions usually consist of games that incorporate skills needed to succeed in soccer. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Also, keep checking the website to find out when we will have a coaches clinic.
